🐾 Can I Return My Item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase
  • The item is not a sale, custom, or clearance item

Please contact our team at support@happysandpaws.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable).
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide you with the return address.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by payment provider)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the product
  • Your order number

We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund where applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened pet products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats or supplements)
  • Custom, personalised, or clearance items
  • Gift cards
